Where are you based?
I’m based in the UK and all items are packed with care from here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days, usually products ship quicker than this, but during busy periods, it may take a little longer — I’ll always keep you updated.
Are your products handmade?
Yes — many of the items in the shop are handmade, enchanted, or assembled with magical intention by me (such as spell bottles, spell oils and spell kits). Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural materials used. Crystals are hand selected by myself, with the exception of smaller bulk crystals such as tumble stones and crystal chips.
How should I care for my crystal jewellery or spell jar?
Handle with care and keep away from water and chemicals. Crystal jewellery should be stored out of direct sunlight to preserve colour and energy. Spell jars are decorative and energetically charged — they’re not meant to be opened.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! If you’re after a custom spell jar, spell oil or crystal piece, feel free to contact me. I take on custom requests depending on availability and materials. If there is a certain type of crystal you are looking for, let me know and I will do my best to source it for you.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Please get in touch via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll always do my best to make things right.
Is everything cleansed or charged?
Most of the items in my shop are cleansed with sound or smoke and prior to shipping — especially spell jars, crystals and crystal jewellery.
