Shipping Information

All orders are processed and packed with care from the UK.

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days

  • UK delivery: Free delivery over £20 and express delivery available. I use Royal mail and Evri for shipping. 

  • International delivery: Standard International available, the price may vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during holidays or postal delays. Once your parcel has been dispatched, I’ll send you a confirmation email. Where an email and phone number was left at the time of ordering, I will use this for the tracking information and updates.

 

Returns & Refunds

Regarding items that are handmade/custom orders — returns are generally not accepted.

However, if there's an issue with your order (such as damage during delivery or a mistake in packing), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

  • Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis

  • You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item or packaging

  • Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty

  • Tarot readings are non refundable after the reading has been completed

For standard items with no handmade or custom element, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
